Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Minimal Day log mobile application and any related support services operated by APO DEVELOPMENTS, referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider”. The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use “AS IS”.

Minimal Day log is a simple personal day logging utility intended to help users create, review, and manage their own daily records in a minimal format.

Information Collection and Use

The Application does not collect, request, store, process, transmit, sell, or share personal information when you download, install, or use it.

The Application does not require registration, login, user accounts, names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, contact lists, photos, files, messages, location data, advertising identifiers, device identifiers, diagnostics, analytics, or crash-reporting data.

The Service Provider does not use the Application to monitor user behavior, profile users, track users across apps or websites, or send user information to external platforms.

Local Data Stored on Your Device

If you create day logs, notes, labels, preferences, or other entries inside the Application, that information is intended to remain locally on your device only. It is not sent to the Service Provider and is not stored on servers controlled by the Service Provider.

The Service Provider cannot access, view, recover, restore, export, or edit local information stored on your device. You are responsible for managing and protecting any local content you create inside the Application.

Location Information

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information or approximate location information from your mobile device.

Third-Party Access and Data Sharing

Because the Application does not collect personal data, no personal data is shared with third parties, service providers, analytics tools, advertising networks, external databases, or user profiling services.

The Application does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or technologies designed to sell or share user data.

Opt-Out Rights

Because the Application does not collect personal data, there is no in-app data collection to opt out from. You can stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Data Retention

The Service Provider does not retain any personal data from the Application because the Application does not collect, store, process, or transmit personal data to the Service Provider.

Any information you create inside the Application remains stored only on your device, where applicable, until you delete it, clear the Application’s local storage, or uninstall the Application.

If you contact the Service Provider directly by email, the information you voluntarily provide in that message will be used only to respond to your inquiry. Such correspondence may be retained only as long as necessary to handle your request and comply with applicable legal or operational requirements.

Data Deletion

Since the Application does not collect or store personal data on the Service Provider’s servers, there is no server-side personal data from the Application for the Service Provider to delete.

To remove local information stored on your device, you can use one or more of the following methods:

• delete records or entries inside the Application, where such controls are available;
• clear the Application’s local data through your device settings;
• uninstall the Application from your device.

If you contacted the Service Provider by email and want your correspondence deleted, you may request deletion by contacting graceeadaamss@gmail.com. The Service Provider will handle deletion requests in accordance with applicable law.

Children

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, or a higher age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected by the Application. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to the Service Provider outside the Application, please contact the Service Provider at graceeadaamss@gmail.com.

Security

The Application does not transmit personal data to the Service Provider. Because no personal data is collected by the Application, the risk of personal data exposure through the Application is minimal.

However, no digital system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The Service Provider takes reasonable steps to protect any information voluntarily provided through direct communication.

Data Breach Notification

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach involving app user personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider, the Service Provider will act in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date may be updated accordingly.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted means that you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.

Your Acknowledgment

By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Since the Application does not collect personal data, no consent for personal data collection is required for normal app use.
